Quality Systems
All About Sparkle manages its quality systems and procedures in line with our objective of ensuring consistent service delivery and meeting our customers’ quality requirements:
* Detailed cleaning specification is developed for every site
* Each cleaner is familiarised with the specification before starting
* If possible the cleaner is introduced to the site management
* All sites have a “communications book” which cleaners review daily
* All About Sparkle’s cleaners have at least 4 years experience
* Training takes place ‘on site’ in real situations
* Regular Quality Audits are undertaken and feedback given
* Any issue raised by a client is attended to within 24 hours
Communication Systems
Each site will be given a "Cleaning Communications Book" detailing communications relevant to cleaning. This folder is intended as a means of ensuring appropriate communication between cleaning staff and clients, and results in any issues being resolved in a quick and timely manner.
The usual process is for the client to write a comment in Communications Book.
The cleaner will attend to the issue that evening, or will contact the Supervisor and an agreed date will be set with the client for the work to be carried out.

I would like to offer my Recommendation for - All About Sparkle
We have been using All About Sparkle at our International College of approximately 1,000 students spread over 5 floors of two office buildings in the CBD, and together with a seperate commercial kitchen building, and have found that their cleaners do a fantastic job of looking after our premises.
Their representative was very patient and helpful throughout a long and drawn out tender process and won the contract from a pool of 12 cleaning company's based on not only price, but also the quantity of work to be performed for the price.
Their cleaners communicate any potential problems to us via the cleaner's book before they become a problem. If there is a problem, which is very rare, it is fixed up the next day and never a problem again. I have found both the management and the cleaners very easy to get along with and very helpful at all times.

After a lengthy tender and analysis process, All About Sparkle proved to be the best value for money service offering and were appointed the contract for cleaning our flagship Head Office building in the Hills District area.
It should be acknowledged that with a young average employee age that we may not be the tidiest group to clean for! Therefore, it was refreshing to have a Vendor who placed so much emphasis on the initial understanding and personal attention to the fine details at the commencement of a Contract, which ensured the smooth setting of acceptable standards and integrated the cleaners quickly into our office and work routines.
When unforeseen problems have arisen (foreseen ones are dealt with before they become issues) the All About Sparkle team have responded quickly to implement change or modify services to meet our needs.
Simple devices such as a cleaner's book for clear and timely communication work really well and do not over complicate matters and subcontracted services have run seamlessly.
