Fixed price quotations are based on the information we have been provided to quote on and or on the property being in an average condition of cleanliness.
In light of the above, additional costs as agreed may become applicable.

To assist in achieving the above high standards, all end-of-lease cleaning is carried out using a very detailed 'scope of works checklist'. We recommend that you view this checklist to give you a better understanding of the service that we provide.
We can also provide carpet steam cleaning if required.
